SD Polytechnic Muzaffar Nagar
S.D.Polytechnic, Muzaffarnagar established in 1978, was formally known as S.D.
Girls Polytechnic for imparting technical education to the girls of Muzaffarnagar.
The motto behind the establishment of S.D.Polytechnic was to make the women of this region self-dependent and self-employed.
The year 2001 has been a milestone in the history of S.D.Polytechnic, when Institute had been awarded approval from All India Council of Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E.), and affiliation with the Board of Technical Education (B.T.E., U.P.).
Since 2002 S.D. Polytechnic, Muzaffarnagar is a co-education institution.
Since its establishment institute has been fulfilling the primary objectives of technical education.
