KEAM Counselling 2021
KEAM Counselling 2021 is conducted by Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Kerala. KEAM Counselling 2021 will be conducted via online mode and the candidates have to submit the application form online. KEAM Counselling 2021 dates have been not been released, the tentative month would be June. KEAM 2021 counselling will be conducted in many rounds. All the candidates have to fill in the registration form in order to participate in counselling and seat allotment process. About KEAM:
Kerala Engineering, Agricultural and Medical Entrance Exam is the abbreviation for KEAM. As the name suggests that this entrance test is meant to grant admission to students from engineering, agriculture and medical fields. As the MBBS course is strike out from this list as the centralised examination i.e. NEET is conducted for that, but apart from this there are some allied medical courses for this KEAM is conducted. KEAM Counselling 2021 Process:
There are certain steps that are to be followed at the time of going through the counselling session which includes registering on the official website, uploading the necessary document, paying the counselling fee. Candidates who have completed their 10+2 in 2020 or 2021 are qualified for appearing in the counselling session.
Registration:
The counselling process starts with registration in which the candidates first register themselves in order to participate in the counselling rounds. The candidates can register by visiting the official website and login via application number and password. The candidates have entered several other details in order to register themselves.
Choice Filling:
After the completion of registration candidates have to login again with the credentials and a list is displayed with the combination of Course – College which is made as per the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP). Candidates can fill in their preferred choices from the list, they also have the option to edit, rearrange and deleted the selected choices that they had made. After this the candidates can review their choices and take the final print out of the choices entered by them.
Trial Seat Allotment:
In thi
s procedure, a trial allotment of seats is published by the counselling authority. Through this the candidates would get a tentative idea about the seat allotment process and the chances of the colleges they are expecting to take admission into. This trial is not the final one and the candidates have to wait for the final allotment of the seats.
Final Seat Allotment:
There are many factors that are counted at the time of allotment of seats; the factors are the merit of the candidate, availability of seats, preference selected by the candidate. For the confirmation of seats, the candidates have to pay a token fee through online payment failing to which the seats would be forfeited.
Document Verification:
After the allotment of seat candidates have to report to the allotted college for document verification. It is advised to the candidates to carry their original and photocopy of the documents mentioned below:
