HMR Institute of Technology and Management, Delhi a venture of Hira Lal Mohan Devi Rita Gupta Memorial Trust, was established in the year 2002, over a sprawling campus of 5 acres land, with an aim to foster Technical excellence in our young budding techies.
In fact, HMR Institute of Technology and Management is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to GGSIP University Delhi.
Further, HMR Institute of Technology and Management is also ISO 9001:2008 certified institute.
Since its inception, the institute has made all efforts towards the core areas of excellence in Technology and Management along with facilitating research efforts.

The Library has a seating capacity of around 200 students at a time.
The library is having all the facilities with multimedia PC’s, printer, photocopier, scanner and has DELNET facility.
The students and teachers regularly visit the library for reading magazines and newspapers.
