And Technical Society Regd Under Society Registration Act XXI of 1860 Govt. of NCT of Delhi the Year 2002 for the educational upliftment of weaker sections of society people from rural/urban/metros/villages of the Country.
BSAP is a Patron Member of the institution of Mechanical Engineers (India) recognized by MHRD vide letter no K-8752/31/08, vide letter no. K-8752/31/08.
Patron Membership No. is 93536 and an Institutional Member ( Students Chapter ) of the Institution of Civil Engineers Recognised by MHRD  vide letter no.ICE(I)/27/08/4218 Membership No. 40131.

The role of Baba Saheb Ambedkar Polytechnic is to provide coaching classes for those candidates who enrolled as Technician Engineers in The Institution of Mechanical Engineers Mumbai.
And Technician Engineers in The Institution of Civil Engineers  Ludhiana, We all agree that Literacy plays an important role in the National building.
Technical education helps in getting employment which will solve the burning issue of the Country that is Un-employment.  Technical education here is for professional careers leading to immediate employment and the actual job.
The trained staff of Baba Saheb Ambedkar Polytechnic helps students in placements encourage entrepreneurship and self-employment.
The placement cell of BSAP actively co-ordinates the task of placement of all the students. The cell only catalyzes the process of getting a job but the selection is solely governed by the company’s respective policies and individual’s capabilities.
BSAP has a Training, Placement and Development Cell for providing assistance to the students. Practical training, relevant to industry needs, is an integral part of all the programmes being offered by the institute.
Keeping in view the industry needs and new technologies, every year a training schedule is developed to look into the areas where training.
Ambedkar Institute Of Technology was Established in 1986 by the Department of Training & Technical Education (D.T.T.E.), Govt. of N.C.T. of Delhi. Initially.
It shared its campus with the Pusa Institute Of Technology and on 6th Dec. 1996, it was shifted at its present location in Shakarpur, Delhi.
Till 2005 Mechanical Engineering was also a part of the courses studied at Ambedkar Institute Of Technology. At present, the different departments are Computer Engg., Electronics Engg., I & C Engg.
And I.T.E.S.M.and new initiatives of IP university BCA & B.Voc.(SD) and B.voc.(MC).
